Unlocking the Future of Cancer Care: Precision Medicine, AI and the Patient Voice with Dr. Stacy Gray
Q: How have you approached scaling precision medicine to serve a diverse patient population without losing the quality of care?
We focused on dissemination and implementation: standardizing best practices, building scalable testing models (e.g., opt-in germline testing with strong counseling support), and creating molecular tumor boards to interpret results. We also used data and AI-enabled tooling to match patients with trials and therapies, while keeping patient experience at the center of all decisions.
