カレーとは「スパイスやハーブを使った煮込み料理」であり、その起源は紀元前のインドに遡ります。スパイスは食材の保存や殺菌、食欲増進などの目的で使われ、インドから中東、ヨーロッパへと広まりました。中世ヨーロッパでは香辛料が金と同じほど高価で、スパイスを使えることが王侯貴族のステータスになっていました。スパイスの貿易はルネサンスや大航海時代の原動力ともなり、ポルトガルやイギリスの東インド会社がインドに進出。19世紀にはイギリスで「カレーパウダー」が商品化され、欧州や日本にも広がりました。

しかし集音、録音が最低です。耳鳴り音のような不快な音が背景で鳴ります。
内容は期待しているので、もう少しがんばってほしいところ。
