The JBrown character and player assassination is really overdone and ridiculous. Not one word about soft Tatum’s shortcomings and inefficiency — clearly JBrown was the only problem with the chuck and duck Celtics. Just ridiculous…

  • “In terms of”

I like this show in terms of podcasts, but in terms of verbal tics, “in terms of” is driving me insane, in terms of mental health. Brian, you speak for a living, in terms of jobs. You need to get this addressed, in terms of becoming better at what you do. I am sorry to be snarky, in terms of negative comments.

  • Red Sox Takes

Love when Brian has Ian on from SoxProspects but when Brian is left to his own devices he ends up sounding like a broken record regarding the Sox and FSG. Guys talking about the Red Sox just being marginally better in 2026 when the offseason isn’t over yet. Sox need to spend more, I agree, but they need to spend with intent and locking up Alonso for 30 million a year for five years would’ve been a criminal use of resources considering he can’t play defense and we already have Masa who’s a sunk c... more

This would be a much better podcast if you left the “I’m smarter than the experts” comments out. Share the numbers u want but be smart enough to know that the numbers almost never (if ever) tell the whole story.

Summer Boston Sports Questions With Joe Murray
Q: Who is the best GM in town right now?
They lean toward Brad Stevens as the top choice due to a strong track record and savvy moves, while acknowledging Elliott Wolf's recent success; Breslau is seen as rising but not yet at Brad's level.
Summer Boston Sports Questions With Joe Murray
Q: What is the Celtics' path to a championship this season?
The hosts suggest the path hinges on strategic use of minutes among Tatum, White, and the new pieces (like George and Prichard) to maximize scoring while managing back-to-back load, with a belief that the front office under Brad Stevens has a track record of making impactful moves.
Summer Boston Sports Questions With Joe Murray
Q: Will AJ Brown be a bigger ad for the Pats than Jalen Brown is for the 76ers?
Joe Murray and Brian Barrett agree that AJ Brown should be a game-changing addition for the Patriots in terms separation and matchup advantages, potentially more impactful than Jalen Brown's impact in Philadelphia, depending on how the rest of Philly's roster and Embiid's health hold up.
What to Expect from the Pats’ Rookies and Sophomores, With Eric Edholm. Plus, an Injury for the Sox.
Q: Eric, what's going on, man? How are you?
Eric describes settling into training camp and previews the Patriots' influx of young talent, emphasizing the balance between high upside and the reality of limited practice time for rookies like Lomu and Raritan, while noting contract discussions and the general buzz around the camp.
Pats Training Camp Story Lines With Chad Graff.
Q: What's number one for you as we get ready for Patriots training camp?
AJ Brown is the core answer, as he could fix the running game and red-zone efficiency, and his presence should shift how teams defend the Patriots, opening opportunities for Drake Maye.
