Both auditions were great and so different! I was lol ing at your mom at things not even meant to be funny, and Sam, your chemistry…it’s unmatched. But I still think you should date, does being cohosts complicate that? Can we have Sam with sometimes special guest Mom? She doesn’t seem to want the gig! Haha.
Sorry mate, your mum may be lovely but the two strong accents drive me insane to listen to. 😂😂 As for Sam, you need to both finish off what u started then get on with pod. lol
I think it’s a it’s light hearted fun, Sam for the win with drop in’s still from your Mum, A good tax right off, take Sam to Port Douglas so the 3 of you can make Content for the show and get to know your Mum 🫣
100 votes for Sam!!
Just heard Sam’s audition!! Heard so many pods over the years, this one I find myself looking around while driving hoping no one is watching me laughing to myself!! Sam is such a genuine nice guy, why can’t I meet a guy like him!!?? Josh, love your mum, she’s a great option BUT the connection between you and Sam, makes this sooo much better!! I vote Sam!! And it would be even better if I could give Sam my number 🫢 Just sayin…
PS Yes Josh, when you and your mum chat, your accent does get strong... more

This show blends candid personal storytelling with improvisational banter, anchored by a lead host and a rotating cast of guests and co-hosts. Episodes frequently center on auditions, behind-the-scenes dynamics, and humorous reflections on family, dating, stand-up, and everyday mishaps. The tone is intimate and informal, often weaving in pop culture references and a light self-deprecating humor that shines when hosts riff on their own ambitions, relationships, and the chaos of starting something new. A recurring strength is the willingness to tease out brand-new formats, from full-length episodes to shorter, experiment-driven chapters, while maintaining a warm, relatable energy that invites listeners to follow along as the project evolves. ... more
