I’ve been following Mindy for a long time. Love the advice and research she does when recommending things. Feels like she puts a lot of time and thought into things she does, so gives me confidence in trying and following some of the things she has recommended over time. She has always been honest and kind in her words. Would 💯 recommend to check her out.

Her voice is so comforting and puts you instantly at ease the minute when she starts speaking, almost like you’re listening to a friend you’ve known all your life. She provides valuable information and you can tell she puts her heart and soul into her content for this podcast. Love hearing her real life stories of her trials and tribulations, and things she has had to overcome to be successful. She has such a huge heart in helping others and you can tell this brings her so much joy.
