Oh my goodness. Who DOESNāT need this podcast? Should I eat all protein? Cut out all sugar? Eat only fruits and veggies? Live life on the Daniel fast? Thereās so much out there about what women should and shouldnāt eat. Thank you for creating this space to talk about nutrition the way GOD intended it to be.
Thank you for illustrating what Biblical Nutrition is all about and making healthy eating accessible to everyone. I really enjoyed your episode on the Diamond Meal framework as well as your episode that gave easy recipe ideas to consider for your meals throughout the day, as I always need inspiration. Your podcast has a lovely structure and you are very easy to listen to. Great work
I was honestly surprised and delighted by the fact that you emphasized the foods Yah told us to eat and not eat. That it was for our good. Many like to justify using verses that are often misunderstood/misrepresented in the NT to justify not actually eating biblically. He gave us this specific guidance for a reason and for our good! Great 2 part series!
Chelsea does such a great job pointing to God and his care for us while teaching about nutrition. She is so relatable and a real kind voice. There is no judgement here but there is truth and wisdom.
Chelsea provides so much realistic and valuable content within this podcast! She is knowledge, down-to-earth and her recommendations make diet & nutrition feel so simple. This show is an absolute gem
