  • Super helpful for someone looking to start their career

I stumbled upon this podcast after considering starting nursing school, super helpful! I shared what I learned so far with my bff who is a nurse and she said it was pretty good especially since I went in with zero knowledge! Thank you!

  • Great at integrating multiple topics

This show does a great job of explaining a lot of information at a measured pace, with quizzes that make you pay attention.

The one drawback is that of the roughly ~50 episodes, only about half are actually clinical. The rest are about studying or being a nurse. ... more

  • Love the Podcast!

Only thing to note in the Sepsis Case Study please make it very clear that his opinion that the cultures aren’t very important and that the HR in the 200s was stable is not ok. New impressionable students will be listening closely and building their clinical opinions. Please add a disclaimer that the HR is of concern as the patient is quickly decompensating. Also that cultures is critica... more
