Thank you, Dr T. Brown. As a fellow psychology major I enjoyed my first episode of many to come. New subscriber…. Family.
Dr. Tasha Brown is a brilliant and talented psychologist! Her podcast is insightful, thoughtful, and relevant. As a child psychologist, I continue to learn from Dr. Brown’s incredible work. I think anyone working with kids (parents, therapists, etc) would greatly benefit from listening.
This podcast came at just the right time in my life with 3 kids under 7 years old. A lot of emotions going on and the episode on understanding/validating emotions was really helpful 😀
This podcast has been helping me in my parenting so many ways. Dr Tasha has me more openly sharing my emotions with my children to help them develop their emotional vocabulary. I’m allowing my children to lead the discussions we have and I’m determining what my parenting values are. Love this podcast.
