NOTA BENE is the podcast version of a boozy lunch at Sant Ambroeus in which adviser Benjamin Godsill and Vanity Fair art columnist Nate Freeman dish fresh art world gossip from Dimes Square to Mayfair, peel back the curtain on auctions, galleries and fairs—and, critically, tell you where to eat and drink in every museum-stuffed port of call. Plus there’s a special guest each week, and we’ll roast ... more

These hosts have given in to the dark side. The podcast is a brag/bro fest about schmoozing with power. I used to love Nate Freeman’s take on the late Artsy podcast. I can’t believe how gross his coverage of the art world has become. Smart, sassy, irreverent and informed in equal doses, Nota Bene is essential listening for anyone wanting to stay on top of the international art scene, as timely as it unfolds. Ben and Nate are art world insiders and their first hand knowledge is served up with gallery show updates and gossip, restaurant recommends and sharp and honest takes on the global scene. I listen in from Australia, often laugh out loud, and highly recommend “the pod” to art loving friends and the curious. Hilarious and ... more
