I didn’t have the opportunity to meet Marshall Rosenberg in person. This podcast makes me feel I know him, his personality and his take on some aspects of nonviolent communication a little bit. It’s really enriching to hear his explanations and fun to hear his jokes 🙂
Years of self shaming, perfectionism, negative messages towards self have been debilitating to the point of intense depression and anxiety. I am so grateful for Marshall’s message and concrete tools to learn empathy towards myself and others. Leerzaam en interessant om Marshall te horen vertellen. Er zit wel veel herhaling in als je alles luistert. Dat is dus hier en daar wat saai, maar soms valt bij een herhaling wel iets op zijn plek wat je beter begrijpt als je de andere ‘lessen’ van Marshall ook al gehoord hebt.
