蛤蝦Hasha少年頭家仕杰說，小時候如果喊無聊，
長輩都會叫他去釣虱目魚，跟虱目魚鬥志鬥勇，沒想到養殖的魚如此聰明耶~
結合場域的環境教育，仕杰積極推廣食魚活動，
讓大家認識安南區的養殖漁業，並且販賣農漁品，
其中承襲自阿嬤手藝的醃蛤就深受消費者的歡迎❤️

【繪本蛤琵物語🦪，認識魚塭生物】
「蛤蝦 Hasha」來自臺南安南區，名稱源自日文漢字「霸者」，品牌負責人仕杰返鄉接手家業，經營自家魚塭，不只把文蛤、白蝦、虱目魚和蚵仔從產地直送到餐桌🦐，並且計畫在魚塭邊蓋起書屋，推出繪本《蛤琵物語》，帶領學校孩子認識魚塭生物多樣性📚。
