This is the reason why football not played until recently
Yes — British Crown forces opened fire on civilians at Croke Park on 21 November 1920 during the Irish War of Independence. It happened during a Gaelic football match between Dublin and Tipperary. A mixed force of RIC, Auxiliaries, and military entered the ground and fired into the crowd. 14 people were killed (including player Michael Hogan) and many more were injured.
I love the breadth of episodes subjects. All very insightful and I agree with 90% of their takes. Subscriber edition defo recommended. It’s very funny too, especially Dan! Keep up the good work guys!
Great show with real insights and great conversation from Ed and a group of great contributors. A must for any Utd fan.
Thanks for the great work lads!
