Its a podcast mostly about video games & sometimes movies, comics, politics or whatever takes my fancy. It's hosted by one old man & sometimes his scotch bottle, also I swear so be warned. Follow the show on Twitter @NoCommentsCast or me @annoyedgamer

I busted out the scotch to eulogize GameTrailers.com after the news broke that Defy Media have shut it down.
2016 is here and it can kiss my ass so far. A meandering rambling episode where I recap some bits from '15, talk about how much David Bowie & Alan Rickman meant to me, why Milo from Breitbart can piss right off, VR pricing, Steam Sales and what I got... more
After a 2 week hiatus I am back, and talking about a bunch of things including Tomb Raider, DOA Beach Boobyball & Kotaku. Warning, first few mins are a bit heavy.
Enjoy this yet another abortive effort to establish himself as a media personality while it lasts. Nothing substantive that you haven't heard or read elsewhere WAY earlier. Unless you're way into hearing humblebrags about alcohlism and scotch vintages, there is nothing of worth here.
In an industry overrun with journalists who have no perspective other than the here and now, and "personalities" who are mouthpieces for whoever is willing to pay them, Marcus' voice is essential.
Not many folks in gaming can pull off an entire hour of monologue, but Mr Beer achieves this effortlessly. This is excellent stuff.
Please support this gent by spreading the word about this show.
Marcus Beer loves gaming, respects gamers & provides thoughtful insight all with a unique voice & biting humor. A must listen.
It's great to find a podcast on gaming form a Grown Man's Perspective. Investments of time are critical with the demands of family and career, the narrator cuts through all the fluff and proves the details in weather a game is good, great or regrettable.
