Tim provides great industry perspective and has great rapport with his guests. The conversations are authentic, non-branded and really dive deep into the restaurant, industry, the challenges that restaurant owners operators and staff face. I really enjoy listening to the podcast while cooking dinner. It’s also great insight on what’s happening with the Twin Cities’s restaurant scene.
Like the show. Lots of interesting guests. Wish the host would talk a little less and let his guests talk a little more. Not easy to do when you’re as passionate as Tim, but it would improve the podcast.
I have listened to everyone of Tim’s podcast. If You like to listen to the inside of the restaurant industry this is podcast. The exit interview podcast WOW!! Tim is a great interviewer.
Not only is it about the hospitality industry, this podcast exudes hospitality—it’s like settling into a booth at your favorite restaurant for an hour. Tim has a great rapport with his guests, and each episode is such a soothing and fascinating listen.
