Ive been listening to NCS for a while as well as other Nintendo podcasts. That being said, NCS is definitely my favorite podcast for getting Nintendo news. Patrick and Mark’s Nintendo knowledge is amazing and keeps me up to date on the world of Nintendo.
Ignorant lefties. Stick to games. You don’t need to make political comments on a gaming podcast.
During quarantine I used to listen to this podcast all the time and it was always a blast. I love the hosts and hope they’ll someday decide to use their platform for Jesus as well!! Great guys on here!
I think the format of the show is brilliant, the interstitial music and sections like 4’33”.
The opinion of the hosts are refreshing, other podcasters like at IGN all start to sound the same. While these hosts come from a different point of view and bring a fresh and humorous perspective.

A breezy, Nintendo-focused show where two longtime fans lead weekly conversations about the latest news, rumors, and releases from the Mario, Zelda, and broader Nintendo ecosystem. Episodes mix news breakdowns with playful debates, rankings, and personal gaming anecdotes, often including guest perspectives to broaden the discussion. Listeners seem to value approachable hosts, strong Nintendo knowledge, and a light-hearted, impassioned tone, even when the topics touch on platform policies or game design debates. A standout trait is the casual banter that pairs nostalgia with up-to-date coverage, making it appealing for fans who want both context and entertainment in a compact format.
