《看你好不好？》是台灣脫口秀女演員黃小胖的一齣自我敘事主題的脫口秀，基本上是一齣「沈浸式離婚體驗」的互動式表演，也可以說是一段黃小胖本人公開演示自己離婚事件後續之中所有歷險與內在變化歷程的一場真人秀。

阿梅在這一集，試圖以「月亮受傷的月亮人」本人，從自己的人生經驗出發來談論月亮受傷的體現。在月亮象徵的各種面向之中，阿梅選擇了自己人生中曾受飲食失調所苦的不同階段，做為自己版本的「摸索我想要成為怎樣的女人」這個過程中磕磕絆絆所受的一些苦。
