郝譽翔在二〇〇七年出版了《幽冥物語》，多年後，她重新走回這七篇小說，把原來的故事一一擴寫，將書名改成《七星物語》。「七星」是北投的舊名，也是她成長的地方。於是這次改寫，很像一次回鄉，回去的不只是地理上的北投，更是回到十八年前甚至是童年的自己。

顏擇雅的《如何減少孤獨一點點》，選擇從許多人都以為很熟悉的村上，重新開始。
她從村上春樹的短篇出發，全書重新整理了六十八篇短篇小說，分成十四個主題。很有意思的是，其中出現最多的竟然是「資本主義」，其次才是「自我」。於是那些看起來孤獨、奇幻，甚至有點莫名其妙的故事，慢慢連回我們非常現實的生活：工作、婚姻、社會化，以及一個人為了成為「正常的大人」，究竟失去了什麼。
