以前我們總會說：「比上不足，比下有餘」。這句話有兩個含意，一是「比較」是一個事實；二是要看自己好的。
簡言之，要比可以，不要拿好的跟自己比，否則壓力太大，比那些差我們一點的，這樣會比較舒坦。
以前我覺得這句話很有道理。因為人比人氣死人，既然要一較高下，當然要找自己有勝算的去比才對。
但現在的我，想要試著把這句話丟掉。讓自己不要有這種心態。意思就是說，我不想要跟任何人比好或比壞，我只想要問自己，我現在的狀態如何，可以調整到更好嗎？或者該怎麼做，才是自己開心的呢。
