Thanks for the mahi guys. I have had a burning question for a while. I wonder how Dave finds out what the guidelines were at the time of management for the complaints he deals with? With the delay between event and complaint investigation I worry guidelines can change and I might be held accountable for a standard of care that was not recommended at the time I provided the care.
