Alhassan’s expertise on the topic is obvious, and his ability to explain it in easy to understand terms make this concept within reach. Adam’s mastery of the spoken narrative is apparent and he weaves a story that both entertains and conveys the understanding of the complex topics. Overall an informative and great podcast-a must listen for everyone.
The format of this show is great and entertaining as well as educational. It’s helped me apply some of the strategies discussed to my small business. He has great guests as well, one particular guest on ep 52, Alhassan, discussed the coming increases on minimum wage and how it could and would affect employee retention and which strategies to apply. I found Alhassan immensely informative a... more

I've been tasked with building an HR function for a PE firm. My approach has changed thanks to listening to the podcast Adam did with Shannon Johnston. I'd recommend anyone that's looking to build or augment their department to check out this podcast.
