第4回は、「今日は、ほんの少し整えてもいいかもしれない」というテーマでお届けします。何もしない日があってもいい、その上で、ふと動けそうな瞬間が来たら、無理のない範囲で整えてみてもいい。整えることは、がんばることでも、元に戻すことでもありません。夜の終わりにも、朝のはじまりにも、今の自分に合わせて選べる、やさしいアロマとの付き合い方をお話しします。
第3回は、「今日は、何もしないでいい日かもしれない」というテーマでお話しします。疲れていることに気づいたあと、すぐに何かを変えたり、休もうと決めなくても大丈夫。何もしない、決めない時間そのものが、こころやからだをゆるめてくれることもあります。整えようとしない夜にも、がんばらない朝にも、そのままの自分にOKを出すための、やさしいアロマの時間です。
