  • Rich perspectives, fun hosts

This show is a refreshing oasis of rich critical perspective in a barren landscape of star ratings, up and down votes, and tomato percentages. Highly recommend for anyone who likes to talk about tv, story, and character — or listen to other people talk about those things.

  • If you dislike the show so much then why…

There is some good banter here but they don’t like “Your Friends & Neighbors” much. That’s fine but why don’t they just move along? The nitpicking gets old, it seems like the writing on the show is over their heads.

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

'Cape Fear' Episodes 1 and 2 Review and Recap
Q: So Apple has high expectations. But my question for you, first of all, is Sona, is this a somewhat realistic representation of this social justice movement or the most realistic presentation of this type of organization?
Sona notes that the Innocence Project Gala depicted in the show shares recognizable elements with real-life exoneration groups, including the emotional speeches and urgent crisis moments, but she cautions that the inner workings and politics of such organizations are more nuanced and less glamorous than TV often presents.
'Widow’s Bay' Episode 5 + 'The Boys' Series Finale (with Alan)
Q: What did you think about the Season 5 finale overall?
The hosts acknowledge that endings are hard but felt the finale delivered strong payoffs and emotional closure for many characters, even if some fans found it underwhelming. They compare the level of finish to high-end TV storytelling and note moments of true emotional resonance.
'Euphoria' Season 3 Premiere + What We’ve Been Watching
Q: What are your initial thoughts on the season's shift to a six-episode arc and a new musical direction?
The hosts acknowledge the bold, compact storytelling and the new Western-inspired score, noting that while Labyrinth's absence changes the vibe, the core character dynamics and visual energy remain compelling and worth watching for discussions.
'Paradise' Season 2 1–3, 'Industry' S4E7 'Knight of the Seven Kingdoms' Finale Reactions
Q: What will happen to Industry after Season 4?
There is uncertainty about its continuation, though it is implied the series might need to explore new narratives if renewed.
Christopher Nolan Rewatch 2 - 'Memento'
Q: So did you watch the Bad Bunny halftime show?
I kind of have watched it. Yeah.
