I’m not even a bike dealer, but I love this podcast. The shop talk makes bike retail attractive. I’m sure it’s tough, but this resource would be really helpful. Fun stuff.
Can’t recommend this podcast enough for anyone in bike retail or desiring insights into the industry. As a life-long bike retail employee, I love hearing about the various community building events, marketing initiatives, mission statements, merchandising methods, service processes, advocacy efforts and even signage recommendations. They cover it all in a SUPER upbeat and positive way. Kudos to the whole NBDA team and friends!
