  • Sometimes great, but…

Natural resources investing is a fascinating subject and this show often has extremely interesting guests. Word of warning though - it also has a tendency to showcase right wing thinkers some of whom verge on outright tinfoil hat thinking. More dangerously, some repeat Russian propaganda - not clear if this is willingly or not. And to top it all, it gives a platform to the likes of Martin Armstrong - sharing his views on a range of topics but no mention of his eleven years in prison for operatin... more

Michael Gentile Why This Gold Pullback Was a Five Star Buy
Q: What sectors beyond gold and silver look promising in the current environment?
Copper shows long-term bullish demand dynamics, though near-term prices may underperform if the economy slows; beyond that, broader metal markets and well-structured, scalable asset bases with strong management teams offer compelling value for patient investors.
Michael Gentile Why This Gold Pullback Was a Five Star Buy
Q: Has your macro view changed at all given the recent gold price dynamics and macro shocks?
My macro view remains constructive over a 5-10 year horizon; I've continued to buy gold and silver stocks during pullbacks, believing the long-term drivers—de-dollarization, deficits, and inflation—favor higher gold prices and exposure to quality mining assets.
Jesse Day: The Global Monetary System Is Showing Real Cracks
Q: Jesse, zooming out, how healthy does the global monetary system look right now and are we really seeing cracks or just noise?
There are clear cracks in debt, deficits, and fiscal policy globally, with major economies like Japan showing unsustainable debt levels and others increasing spending; the system appears to be fraying, and a reset or bifurcation could be possible in the long term, though a sudden collapse is unlikely in the near term.
Gianni Kovacevic Says 10000 Gold Is Not Crazy and Silver Could Follow
Q: What do you look for when assessing exploration companies beyond the team?
Gianni emphasizes due diligence on technical competency, feasibility studies, and alignment of incentives. He discusses the importance of management that demonstrates real, verifiable technical capability and credible project milestones (e.g., drilling results, feasibility studies) as catalysts for investment.
Gianni Kovacevic Says 10000 Gold Is Not Crazy and Silver Could Follow
Q: How quickly is the energy transition likely to take place, and what timelines matter?
He notes it varies by jurisdiction; developed markets like the US lag, while Japan, Korea, and China are moving faster due to population size, energy security concerns, and industrial strategy. Long lead times for large energy transitions mean milestones are often 10-year horizons or more, with acceleration visible in specific sectors like EVs and electrification metals.
