    I had such a revelation listening to Tasha! I am guilty of supplementing symptoms and now I realise especially with my PCOS that my language needs to change and symptoms are actually signals for hunting down the root cause not just medicating the symptoms but rather searching my own own unique fix specific to my body’s needs.
