  • Deep, Messy, Beautiful.

My life fell apart a little bit for the last few years, and both of Stefani's podcasts have been instrumental in my quest for a future of health and meaning. "Naked Humanity" is the perfect companion for someone seeking to restore their faith in humanity, someone facing hard questions about science and spirituality, or someone yearning for a nuanced, balanced treatment of key modern issues. Thank you, Stefani, for being a beautiful, messy human on this great new podcast.

  • Finding comfort in like minds!

I am a very solitary person, by choice. I am most definitely that friend podcast meme. working alone cleaning houses and listening for hours. I’ve taken a lot from consuming naked humanity and really appreciate Stefani’s perspective. I was lead here after following well fed women for the longest time and haven’t looked back. Thanks for all you do, you’re inspiring.
