我由最近往前聽，聽到琉球怪談，講到憂鬱症，我在2020年突然憂鬱症，由於我的病識感很強，加上憂鬱症太痛苦了，我真的是靠自己努力做了以下的事情，不藥而癒。
1、多與不同的人交談，傳訊息也可以，多接觸人群，避免一個人待在家
2、運動：流汗有助於情緒舒緩
3、親情：不要怕家人擔心，但也是要人講
4、友情：當時同事在下班時會一直傳訊關心我
5、愛情：當時教了一位男友，滿滿的愛，現在回想還是覺得他功不可沒（一定要剛開始交往的，才會願意耐心的陪伴）
6、靜坐：當時同事帶我去「感恩師父讚嘆師父」那邊靜坐，我真心覺得很有效，純粹「靜坐」這部分
我僅花了一個月就痊癒了，也許可能會有人覺得初期而已，本來就很容易解決，但我真的要說憂鬱症不僅是心理疾病，生理也完全受到影響，味嗅覺異常、嗜睡、對於愛的人事物無動於衷，發作時是無法正常工作的，其實沒憂鬱症過的人很難想像真正的痛苦所在。
鈉含量目前是我最喜歡的podcast ，目前還無法加入會員，但等我一下，過陣子就會加入了。
