I really love this podcast, the story is super awesome. I am sad Dinmoor died though.
This show is extremely fun for both the novice and the well-traveled wizard in the D&D world. Both hosts are talented storytellers, as well as captivating educators when it comes to explaining the game. I’m new to this world, but I’m finding it so much fun that I want to experience even more. The writing is rich, and the narration is engaging. I highly recommend.
As a D&D novice, this podcast is proving to be extremely approachable for me. It feels like a combination of fantasy meets choose your own adventure novel, which is a unique concept that works really well. The production quality is exceptional and makes listening both an engaging and relaxing experience. Can't wait to see where the story takes our characters! Kudos to the two hosts for their masterful world-building skills.
I find the narration style of this show to be very pleasant. Could see myself listening to this while on a walk, or doing chores, or crafting. There’s a nice mix of sound effects, so it doesn’t feel like someone talking into the void, and the first episode gave me two cool NPC ladies that I thought were fantastic. I’m excited for more, and I thought the feelings and creative process that were shared in episode zero, were great as a fellow writer and TTRPG nerd.
