  • Good guy Better music podcast

Brian is a very charismatic host. Very knowledgeable about music. There are very few bands that I mention to him that he doesn’t already know, at least, to some degree.

His interviews are always interesting. And it’s fun to see where the mixtape will go.

No matter what genre of music you like there is an episode for you.

This show is a ton of fun and brings back the memories of making mixtapes back in the day

The Ultimate Green Jellÿ Playlist (Bill Manspeaker Interview)
Q: How do we get in on that?
It's really that easy. I have some shows in your area in August, and we'll make sure that you play them.
The Ultimate Green Jellÿ Playlist (Bill Manspeaker Interview)
Q: What was it like dealing with that kind of controversy at the height of this song blowing up?
It was everything that I had hoped it to be. My ultimate plan was not only to be the worst band in the world, but to also disturb the Jell-O company that they would come after me.
The Ultimate Green Jellÿ Playlist (Bill Manspeaker Interview)
Q: So how do you keep 900 band members getting along?
It becomes so less complicated. Every single week, I have a brand new band going on in Tennessee.
Album Dive: The Dead Daisies - Lookin’ For Trouble (w/ Doug Aldrich of The Dead Daisies)
Q: Did John ever talk about what he was trying to bring to these songs?
John felt at home with the songs, balancing homage to the original while adding his unique vocal touch.
Album Dive: The Dead Daisies - Lookin’ For Trouble (w/ Doug Aldrich of The Dead Daisies)
Q: Can you talk about the idea for the album Lookin For Trouble?
It was a bonus that happened during the writing of Light Em Up, sparked by the inspirational environment of Muscle Shoals.
