Very informative great podcast to get you out of your pain cycle for lower back pain
I have spent many years dealing with chronic lower back pain. The therapist who has developed this podcast takes the time to inform the listener of so many aspects of the condition— and provides “big picture” details that typical therapists don’t have the time to share in a clinical visit. It is a very professional, and very helpful podcast. Thank you.
Helps make sense of a difficult problem.
I enjoyed this podcast. I can relate totally and I’m on a road to recovery a# well.
Horrible podcast with this dude just rambling on about nothing.
