This week, we kick things off with a catch-up as always: featuring Dani’s recent vacation and a snorkeling experience that didn’t exactly go as planned (huge understatement).

I made the mistake of checking this podcast out. All I can say is it sounds like two spoiled entitled kids who have no real life experience or idea of the real world. They sound dumb.
If one thinks murder is something to giggle and laugh about this is the podcast to listen too. The story tellers are so uninformed it’s ridiculous!! These are real people and real families and laughing and giggling don’t really cut it!!
This was hard to listen to. The woman was giggling like a child and sounded like she was reading off a piece of paper for the first time. Unfocused and all over the place.
I really like the banter before the serious stuff starts, it feels like catching up with friends before a fist session. Love y’all!
Listened to the Gypsy Rose Blanchard episode. First of all, learn to pronounce words. Secondly, if you’d like to listen, put it on 2x speed - the dialogue is very slow. The female narrator is NOT a good storyteller - says "like" constantly & pauses a lot. Also, IT’S NOT FUNNY. Some true crime podcasts interject humor but at times where you’re not discussing different ailments inflicted on a child. Lastly, fast forward about 8 minutes as this is when the actual crime is discussed.

Two hosts recount true crime stories, with a focus on infamous female criminals and the social dynamics around their cases. Episodes blend archival detail with conversational banter, personal anecdotes, and pop-culture tangents, often exploring broader themes like societal factors, media coverage, and the ethics of punishment. The show frequently centers on the psychology and relationships of the people involved, offering a casual, discuss-and-analyze vibe that can feel like friends chatting after a viewing. A recurring strength is the host chemistry and accessible storytelling, though some listeners note uneven research and pronunciation issues that affect polish. This combination makes it appealing for fans who enjoy character-driven narr... more
