  • Dry and no music

Not sure why there aren’t more ratings but the biggest flaw with these podcasts is there is NO MUSIC. Not even a snippet for example, of a and artists big song or first song. Nothing. Maybe it is due to music rights but these podcasts are so boring!!!

  • Could be great.

I have just finished listening to the Huey Lewis episode and although the content is great the “background” music is very distracting. I am thinking that whoever put this episode together should receive a stern talking to. When the music is louder than the interview the information is lost. I love these stories about musical artists, particularly those that I know very little about, but having music blaring over the voices defeats the purpose of the podcast.

The Dr. Dre episode includes nothing about him selling beats by Dre to Apple, the straight outta Compton movie, or his divorce. As a matter of fact, clips of ... more

  • Considering the amount of good music podcasts out there this one may be nothing to write home about but I guess it gets an extra star for the nostalgia value.
