I need to work out in my yard today to get one of my beds ready for planting but I did not want to do it. Usually I put on a podcast and give myself permission to stop after the podcast is done. Today I picked episode 50. I noticed that it was only 30 minutes and I usually make myself do an hour, but I said to myself 30 minutes will be good enough for me today. Deb we were in tune! Thank you for this lesson on avoidance. I’m also a tapper so that was doubly cool. I love your podcast and listen t... more
Wow! I’m new to discovering this gem of a podcast and I can’t wait to listen to more and more episodes. Thank you so much for this valuable resource. I’m a podcaster myself so know the effort it takes to put out a show of this caliber. I’m also a general life coach and am going to be able to use so much of what I’m learning to help my clients (and to share episodes with them). In essence: a triple thank you! ✨✨✨ Thanks Deb! What a wonderful podcast! Deb is wise and her voice is soothing - and it was my honor to be on the podcast as a guest! I look forward to listening to more excellent episodes from Deb.
Deb has the compassion of a kindergarten teacher and the knowledge of a curious genius. After only one episode, I would trust her expertise around pain implicitly.
I love this podcast!! It’s helped me so much on my journey. Sometimes I just turn it on to and let Deb’s voice wash over me—that alone helps me to feel more calm and curious. I really appreciate the frameworks and tools Deb offers they have greatly reduced my pain and increased my quality of life (and my FUN!)
