Running on Coffee, Cortisol & Mental Load | Rhian Stephenson, Founder of ARTAH
Q: Where should someone start with nutrition and lifestyle if they're overwhelmed?
Start with a simple audit of habits, identify high-impact changes, and gradually layer in improvements rather than trying to overhaul everything at once.
Running on Coffee, Cortisol & Mental Load | Rhian Stephenson, Founder of ARTAH
Q: What's your morning routine?
The discussion pivots to practical routines to overcome burnout, with a focus on consistency, sustainability, and listening to one's body rather than chasing perfection.
You’ve Done the Therapy. So Why Are You Still Stuck? | Kelly Armatage
Q: What is the reoccurring passion that you see in high functioning women that they often don't see in themselves?
High functioning women tend to overgive and overachieve as a way to validate their value; the underlying payoff is a familiar sense of worth derived from achievement, which keeps them chasing external validation rather than healing internal needs.
Burpees, Business, and Badassery
Q: What advice would you give a mum that just feels like she's lost her spark a bit?
I think it's normal to feel lost, and you should allow yourself to do something that makes you happy, like spending time with friends or going out and reconnecting with yourself.
Burpees, Business, and Badassery
Q: What drove you to pull yourself out of that self-esteem?
I was honestly just deeply unhappy in that job and felt like I genuinely couldn't keep up, which drove me to focus on what I love and be passionate about it.
