I am loving this (tween / teen) meditation podcast! I really like her calming voice but I do have a few things to say:
1. I wish ALL of the episodes were the same length! A good 6 or 7 minutes is a good time to stick by, especially for any teen’s busy, crazy life! I don’t have time to sit for 12 minutes and just breathe.

This was so relaxing and refreshing,I myself is a tween I will turn 12 in 3 months and 23 days I love this even though I just had started this is so refreshing for me this makes me feel amazing and I feel happy and relaxed and calm all in one,I love her voice it calms me and helps me focus I hope people actually watch this!
I’m going through a lot in my young life from throughout childhood, so I know how this feels. To those out there dealing with situations like this, I want you all to know that you’re not alone and that through mindful meditations and deep slow thinking and time you will be healed.
