Thanks Rob, great podcast with valuable insights. Appreciate all you do.
Great interview with Joe ward about his C2K win and yours. Congrats to you both. A really great insight into the importance of the mind in ultra running and training for Australia’s premier ultra marathon is not just about running. Great podcast.
I love this. About to run a 5 km race again and I get very anxious. Il sure of the advise will help me. I’m good enough!
Your latest podcast chat with Joe award is my favourite one so far (and I have listened to a lot of your episodes!). I’m not an ultra runner - I’m a woman who took up running at 40-ish and have been plodding along for about 12 years now but there were so many takeaways from this episode for me! I’m going back to listen to it all again and wrote down the great quotes to use as mantras as I get back to running with joy in my heart!
Absolutely love this super easy to listen to, practical punchy podcast. Like having a chat with you mate on a run but you come away with lots of ideas and inspiration. Short sharp and straight to the point from a legend of the sport who generously shares his trade secrets. A true gem. Have a listen, you won’t regret it.
