I'm so glad I found this podcast. So rare to find a gem like this. Just one person sharing their insightful analysis and love for art without resorting to the tired old self-effacing "I'm relatable" podcaster shtick. No guests on a dodgy zoom connection, no co-hosts to clip the mic with laughter, no innane small talk or banter, just analysis and vibes. Thanks Ayo!
Explores themes that illuminate the films. Includes clips for context. Very professionally done.
Ayo, the host of Mind Theatre, is a great podcaster. I love the way he presents his essays on television and film. It's wonderful how he supplements his episodes with different music tracks. His show is so unique because he sees things in "art" which others don't. It's not the typical series podcast show. I can't find the right words. Mind theatre is the name of the podcast and to me it is really mind theatre. Wonderful! Thank you Ayo!
The host really gets into movies! I love talking film, but he gets into the meaning and purpose behind a lot of the actions we see on screen and how they effect the movie. Well done podcast!
Mind Theater is an incredibly thoughtful and concise Podcast that is well researched and well written. It’s format alone helps it stand apart, being short form instead of long form, it seems to explore its concepts quickly and to the point, yet it’s never lacking in proper analysis. This is a binge worthy podcast that is absolutely worth your time if you enjoy film theory or analysis.
