青衫逍遥声《子夜》原名《夕阳》，是中国现代作家茅盾创作的长篇小说，约30万字。于1931年10月开始创作，至1932年12月5日完稿，共十九章。有些章节分别在《小说月报》和《文学月报》上发表过。1933年1月首次出版。
该小说以20世纪30年代的上海为背景，围绕着民族资本家吴荪甫与买办赵伯韬之间的尖锐矛盾和斗争，浓墨重彩地描绘了中国民族工业在买办资豢与封建专制的夹缝中求生存的画卷，以丰富的思想内涵对旧中国的社会现实作了深刻的剖析。小说主人公吴荪甫这一典型形象，深刻地表现出半封建半殖民地中国民族资产阶级的两面性：既有发展民族工业的愿望的进步一面，又有资本家唯利是图，剥削和镇压工农群众的反动一面。
《子夜》体现了中国无产阶级革命文学的实绩，在中国现代文学史上具有划时代的意义。半个多世纪以来，《子夜》不仅在中国拥有广泛的读者，且被译成英、德、俄、日等十几种文字，产生了广泛的国际影响。
