Vlack explains he used personal life experiences to craft characters, drew on close relationships, and aimed to create a story that reveals inner truths about ambition, secrecy, and the writer's process.

Q: What advice would you give actors after filming a movie like this?
Be decisive and engaged; actors should assume the room wants them to be amazing, and understand that casting is not always about them personally.

Q: What are your favorite parts of the filmmaking process, and what are the least favorite things to do?
The favorite part is shooting because it is the most linear and immersive phase; the least favorite is the editing, which is lengthy and demanding.
