  • Women - this is for you, too

While there are guests and episodes that veer more into “boy’s club” topics (that’s not a bad thing), the overall theme of Men and Sex revolves around practical, considerate, vulnerable, and inclusive responses towards sex. I mean this is the very best way - but it almost takes the piss out of it. Yes, sex and sexuality can be so intimate it feels holy and otherworldly. It is also something that just about every other human experiences. Being able to talk freely about both sides of that coin doe... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

#83 — Releasing Shame and Guilt
Q: Is pornography inherently bad, or can it be integrated into a healthy practice?
Pornography can be a tool if used mindfully to activate energy and then redirect it through breathing and awareness to prevent energy stagnation or harm to self-esteem.
#83 — Releasing Shame and Guilt
Q: What role does guilt play in men's sexuality, and how can it be addressed?
Guilt often sits in the first two chakras and blocks energy; recognizing and observing these feelings through meditation and breath allows the energy to move more freely and focus on growth rather than self-judgment.
#83 — Releasing Shame and Guilt
Q: How would you describe Tantra to someone just starting out?
Tantra is grounded in viewing sexuality as a life energy that can be worked with physically and spiritually, using breath, energy movement, and mindful awareness rather than seeing sex as purely a physical act.
#49 – Erotic Innocence & the Spiritual Power of Sensuality 💫🌿
Q: What first sparked your interest in erotic channeling and how did you connect it to spiritual practice?
Jessica explains that her awakening began with an intensified personal sensitivity and heartbreak that led her to body-based practices; over time she integrated intuitive gifts with erotic energy, eventually framing her work as an erotic transmission and channeling that connects sexuality with spiritual awareness.
#47 – Real Intimacy, Real Feedback, Real Fulfillment 🧠💗🍆
Q: What practical steps can men take to move from performance to presence in intimacy?
Do inner work first (inner child, parts work), slow down during touch, learn about female anatomy and turn-on signals, and practice self-pleasure to understand their own arousal without relying solely on their partner.
