  • Raw and honest

One mans opinion about a band we share a mutual love for. It’s like having a beer with a friend who is open, raw, honest, and oh so opinionated about Pavement. Nothing fancy or exotic here, it’s JD, who seems like a wonderful guy, who has puts his feelings out for all to hear.

  • What's the point?

The host does almost no research before each weekly (or longer when he doesn't get around to it) episode. There's no insight into the recording of the songs, reviews from critics, chart performances, best of lists, videos that were created, etc... Instead he just tries to guess what the lyrics means, reads emails from people who say nice things about him and talks a lot about himself.

You can really just listen to these tracks on a streaming service and guess on your own.
