I really enjoy this podcast but if I could make a suggestion for Dr. Tim Clinton, his cadence seems a bit off sometimes, as if he’s seeing the script for the first time as he’s reading it, and it can be a little awkward when trying to meditate, and also I’ve noticed he sometimes skips words. Other than that he has a pleasant speaking voice and these things do not prohibit me from grasping the word.

I fell asleep to this podcast last night and got the best sleep in over a month! It’s such a tremendous blessing that I’d love to see everyone be able to have!
It’s super hard to meditate and focus when you’re bombarded by so many ads. I was listening trying to release angry feelings and ads for Napoleon are playing. So it’s laced with ads from things that are counter to what you are trying to do.
