I tried this year to listen to the Bible in a Year podcast for the 3rd straight year. Unfortunately I have unfollowed the podcast due to the overwhelming amount of ads. I know that podcasts need ads for revenue, but when you break up the podcast to play 3 minutes of content followed by 4 minutes of ads, it becomes unlistenable. There are more ads than content broken up in the beginning middle and end. Disappointing.
I really looked forward to trying this podcast, but when there’s more ads than Bible content, I can’t do it.
When I listen, I am trying to get my mind aligned with God, but the ads break the feeling and force the outside world back in, especially the ads right in the middle.
