I absolutely love this podcast, and listen to it every single morning, alongside pray.com’s the chosen people (also animated) and father Mike’s Bible in a year (daily scripture readings). Unfailingly, these three are a part of my morning routine, and I truly take pleasure in them all. They’re like balm for my soul, and are each paired perfectly with a cup of coffee ♥️
Many blessings and love to you all. Numbers 6:24-26
The best!
I absolutely love listening to the actual Bible in a year, but it has way too many ads and it’s very distracting
Great job and concept but way too many ads.
I really like this podcast, the narration is so good but I can’t enjoy it with all of the ad interruptions. I went back to December 31, 2024 (S4E1), and the format for ads was way better. I will listen to 2025 episodes instead of 2026, hope the ads don’t get worse throughout 2025 so I can continue listening.

Episodes blend narrative retellings, prayer, and practical application, often interwoven with sponsor reads that tie faith-based living to everyday life. The tone is soothing and authoritative, with a cinematic audio approach and orchestral accompaniment that emphasizes reflection and obedience under challenging cultural currents. A recurring strength is the host's steady, comforting delivery and the way the show connects ancient narratives to contemporary devotion, while sponsorships are a prominent aspect of the experience, shaping the pacing and listening journey.
