I hadn't even listened to the podcast yet, but I was confident it would be good—and I wasn't disappointed! The voice actors and sound effects were so realistic that I felt as if I were right there with Adam and Eve in Eden and Noah on the Ark, witnessing the challenges faced by Abraham and Sarah.
EDIT (7/12/2025): I’m disappointed that Yael’s podcast didn’t cover the Daughters of Zelophehad. That’s one story I wish had been included!

I absolutely love this podcast, and listen to it every single morning, alongside pray.com’s Bible in a Year (also animated, with Jack graham) and father Mike’s Bible in a year (daily scripture readings). Unfailingly, these three are a part of my morning routine, and I truly take pleasure in them all. They’re like balm for my soul, and are each paired perfectly with a cup of coffee ♥️

I absolutely loved hearing the podcast. I don’t know if what we got on the Apple podcast is different from what you get on the Pray.com app.
Once the stories got out of the first five books of the Bible, the episodes seemed rushed, not as much detail and the episodes seemed to get shorter as well. Also the opening and closing got shorter and almost to the point of being nonexistent near the end it was the exact same opening and closing comments from Yael for every episode.
