We’ve all heard that kids don’t come with a manual, so how can we know for sure that we are saying the right things or that we’r... more

I’ve only listened to one episode but it didn’t really offer advice. It was an advertisement for her Bootcamp Course. Waste of my time.
Was referred to this podcast just TODAY. I can’t stop listening. Thank you for making these podcasts, I hope this is the start to change in our home with 2 young strong willed and beyond children ages boy 6 and girl 3 being raised by 2 strong willed parents! Let me add, quarantined for 5 months. Excited to have found this. Thank you!

Randi, thanks so much for all of your hard work! It really does take a village. I’ve taken bits and pieces of your advice and done my best to apply them to our family. Three under 5, with the middle one being the wild child, the days are long for sure. I wish i had come across this years ago!! Thank you!!
Listening to Randi is like having a best friend with the best advice. She is calming and smart and tells it like it is. I look forward to her podcast so I can learn how to be the best mom to my kiddos that I can be.
Listening to Randi’s advice always makes me feel so recharged and ready handle whatever parenting throws at me!
Great feedback, tools and tips to provide some better practices for your family to grow stronger and learn ways to communicate that not only honor your families values but strengthens your relationships. Love how Randi nails it when she talks about the QTIP (Quit taking it personal) and encourages us ways to connect rather than condone old patterns. These little podcasts are great for the car ride or while doing some mundane tasks. I love listening to them again and again as I learn something ne... more
Love Randi’s podcasts. So much great information and tools that I can use right away! Her style is very down to earth and I really appreciate the tips to relieve the Mom guilt! I listen every week. Thank you Randi!
Every time I listen to Randi’s podcast, I take away something that I can implement immediately. Even when the subject matter seems like it is going to be focused on younger age kids( I have teens), Randi always tells a story or makes a connection that relates it to all ages of kids. I believe she really hears what we are saying, she understands the struggles of raising our people, and she knows how much we love them and don’t “want to mess this parenting job up” so her whole approach is buildin... more
Such a great Podcast that offers Real actionable tools that parents can use right away AND notice a difference in their relationship with their kiddos. Randi is on a mission to help parents get real, get connected and get productive! I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the interview with Colin who spoke about college kids and managing their money. Kids are obsessed with what they can buy and the currency it will give them once they own it. The interview addressed the need to look at the balance of... more
I read Randis book and was so excited when she started a podcast. I need the principals she talks about going through my brain constantly
( hoping she records the book so I can constantly listen to it too) Her Parenting strategies are just what I’ve been looking for and exactly what I needed!!
I am hooked on Randi’s podcast and currently reading the book. It’s giving me hope that I can change my mindset and work with my strong willed son instead of feeling frustrated.
I came across Randi's podcast and listened straight through now I wait for the next episode to be released! Randi believes that strong willed children are sent to teach US, something to try to remind myself of everyday! She has great view on parenting and shares her interesting learnings from her own kids as teachable moments. Her vulnerability shows though and doesn't make you feel as if you are he only one in the world not getting it right! Thank you Randi
Randi, is amazing! I have read her book, which I highly recommend. Also, the podcast is straight forward. My favorite part are the tools and strategies she is teaching us to make this work with our kiddos and mostly importantly to keep the connection with our kids! Thank you so much Randi! Please keep the podcasts coming!
Randi is the real deal in parenting expertise and advice. She's gone through the experiences and the challenges, and so she has extrarodinary empathy and compassion for parents struggling with their kids. Her advice and her tips are incredibly practical and at the same time profoundly transformative.
