Lies, half truths and more lies
I didn’t found a single episode that didn’t contained false and miss leading information.
Truly the most essential listening. I’ve never heard conversations this deep, thoughtful, considered, and radical in left political broadcasting. The analysis the brothers provide is essential, the questions they ask of guests provoke such careful, detailed answers, and the guests themselves bring such important insights to the fore. Listening to this podcast is some of the best learning I’ve done in years and I have both a PhD (in critical theory) and MD! I wait for each new episode eagerly.
The episode with Dr. Nadera Shalhoub-Kevorkian is devastating. The Makdisi brothers are not only each intellectually brilliant and experts in their fields but also compassionate and tactful interviewers.
So grateful for these brilliant brothers and this podcast. Never stop!
