Flo is such a fun, charismatic host! She offers concrete advice, practical steps, asks thoughtful questions, and digs deep in a variety of topics. • Fuel for your body and spirit!

Flo is so kind and engaging, and her podcasts are the perfect mix of nutrition advice while still keeping a focus on the most important thing - our relationship with God! I also love her approach to nutrition and her focus on a balanced life. This is a must-listen for all the Catholic girls out there! Thank you, Flo!

  • Very Relatable

My favorite part about her podcast is how much she calls us to reflect upon what God is telling the individual in particular. Her calling for reflection allows the seeds she plants to be watered by Christ when we soak in silence. And that way Christ can choose what seeds to nourish too, since there is so much noise out there! What distinguishes Flo from others is that she integrates body and soul so beautifully.
