She makes me want to exercise? How in the world did that happen? I am a house cat not a tiger. Yet, here I am. Typing this between sets at the gym.
I love Liz’s podcast. Ive tried following several fitness coaches and Liz is hands down the most relatable. She meets you where you are at and shows you where to go from there. I have listened to several episodes multiple times when things aren’t going my way and she really helps me take a deep breath and figure out what I need to do. Love her, hope she can make more episodes. 🥰💗
