I recently came across this podcast and have been deeply moved by the hosts personal journey. Her story of battling with alcohol and achieving 1 year of sobriety is not only inspiring but also incredibly helpful for anyone facing similar challenges. The way she talks about her struggles and triumphs is both honest and encouraging.

This is a powerful and compelling listen. I’m listening because I’ve met and worked with Teresa in her professional role. Teresa is always engaging, inspiring, fun and the consummate professional. I’m reminded that we never know what is going on with anyone unless they choose to share with us.
I’ve been listening because I’m curious to hear Teresa’s story and personal account. It’s a courageous conversation to be sharing. It’s a reminder to show compassion to anyone in your life who is facing... more
I’ve been binging this podcast since I heard of its release. The openess shown by Theresa is so refreshing… in a world of ‘digital presence’ vs real life, it is refreshing to hear such an honest account of a very hard journey.
I do believe this will help many many people and hopefully in generations to come there will be less shame around addiction.

This was so good to listen to. People often talk about their struggles in a sterilised way that comes across as a bit sanctimonious but this wasn’t at all. Nice to hear an honest account without it being flowered up. Because it’s hard and people should admit that more often.
This podcast is great to listen to and if your going through the same journey definitely worth a listen I’m not going through the journey personally but it’s very interesting to listen to it also opens my eyes a lot more to what people go through I recommend. X
