  • Healthful, Life Changing Information

The healing homies have a real passion for health restoration/maintenance that which runs counter to the traditional approach to western medicine and modern public health policy.

These folks are enemies of America’s public health professionals/dictators.

Acupuncture: Ancient practice, modern science. What you should know
Q: What fascinates you about acupuncture history and origins?
She discusses the Otzi the Iceman tattoos as historical evidence of long-standing points mapping, the 5,000-year history of acupuncture, and how modern medicine is re-embracing these ancient practices.
Acupuncture: Ancient practice, modern science. What you should know
Q: What do you use the short needles for, and how does needle length relate to treatment?
Needle length largely depends on the body part and the target area; hands and feet may use shorter needles due to less tissue, while other areas may require longer needles to reach deeper points, with focus on precise location rather than length.
Acupuncture: Ancient practice, modern science. What you should know
Q: Why did you choose acupuncture?
The guest recalls growing up around holistic approaches, a pivotal moment deciding to pursue acupuncture, and a personal journey from sales to becoming a practitioner who values a holistic, integrative approach.
Changing the narrative from the inside out
Q: What was the point at which you felt rock bottom and decided to change?
The health scare in 2014 where I woke up with heart attack-like symptoms, only to be told nothing was physically detected, pushed me to reassess everything, commit to self-discovery, and begin the long process of shedding old patterns to become the person I am today.
The cultivation of mushrooms has a plethora of medicinal health benefits
Q: How do you extract the medicinal compounds from the mushrooms for products?
I use water extraction to break down the chitin and pull out the majority of medicinal compounds, then dehydrate and grind into a powder base for capsules or teas; for cooking, I shred and dry the mushrooms directly.
